The Pietrak Hotel restaurants are the places where the chef makes all the dishes on the spot out of fresh products only. Our speciality are dishes served on cast-iron plates.

In our offer you will find a choice of delicious starters (cold and hot), excellent soups, fresh fish, best sorts of meat (poultry, veal, pork and beef) and a selection of vegetarian dishes. You can enjoy all the tastes of the seasons, for example, "the Golden Polish Autumn" - that is the essence of exquisite salads, or you can even get up to "the Asparagus high jinks". Furthermore, various kinds of fanciful frozen coffee or royal desserts are really popular with regular customers and new guests.

 

Those who prefer traditional tastes and warm family meetings, we offer the tasty and inexpensive two-course family dinners and the dishes of Old Polish cuisine. In the "Nad Jeziorem" restaurant we serve the dishes of 'the rich and the famous'. Our chef has specially prepared the menu for the presidents and prime ministers of Europe on the occasion of the millennium anniversary of Gniezno Convention. The "Park" restaurant also offers Italian cuisine and grilled dishes.
